SP Jack-Up Barge Mobilization
Chief Engineer overseeing full mobilization of self-propelled jack-up barges from shipyard delivery through to operational readiness. Scope includes machinery commissioning, jacking system trials, safety system verification, and crew familiarization.
Dry Dock Management Program
End-to-end dry dock management for jack-up barges — scope preparation, yard selection, repair supervision, class survey coordination, and sea trials. Delivered multiple projects on schedule and within budget.
Barge Modification Projects
Technical management of structural and mechanical modifications to SP JUBs to meet client operational requirements. Coordinated with classification societies, flag state, and engineering contractors throughout design and execution phases.
Pre-Purchase Vessel Inspections
Conducted pre-purchase inspections for offshore vessels and barges on behalf of buyers — machinery condition assessment, structural review, class record analysis, and technical due diligence reporting.
IACS Classification Surveys
Carried out statutory and class surveys for an IACS member society across offshore and deep-sea fleet. Scope included annual, intermediate, and special surveys, ISM audits, and QMS assessments.
Crude Oil Tanker Operations
Watchkeeping and engineering duties on crude oil tankers across major international trade routes. Hands-on experience with propulsion systems, cargo pumps, inert gas systems, and MARPOL compliance.
